I am actually more upset with the DRM/SLR merger. At least RMS is a good company and with EXU's resources in the fold EM is taken care of and it can really kick on up from here.
RMS offer is worth taking, note RMS will also be paying a dividend next year, much better than dilution and debt hanging over EXU with too many unknowns. Lets hope Alkane is voted No and yes to RMS

Judging by this morning's, it's not going down too well with RMS shareholders. lol

I thought their DD determined that it wasn't even a good deal at the lower bid ! lol
