Should be an ASIC law if an ASX listed company trades below reasonably estimated 'fair value' for a 3 month period, that where a company has the financial capability (Cash) it buy back those shares offered for sale under the fair value level. Certainly should be the case for companies trading below cash levels. Do you think that would stop the rot?
