15-16 years. And when I say "in the markets", I'm not some guy sitting at home just picking stocks, trading through a CommSec account, I mean I have traded directly into the market with a credit line of over a billion dollars.
The algorithm that determines the CSPA is public, and it's very simple to work out how many shares you can buy or sell before it moves the price. It's not rocket science, and it's not manipulation.
