@Jeppy it always does. But I question the authenticity of supply and demand in GRR trading.

Surely there are a quite a few folks that are aware that GRR is great value. Look at the title of this thread and its had nearly 40,000 views.

Can accept that it may take a couple of good quarters for a re-rate to occur that is around NTA backing (24c per share) but not for the sp to trade at or above Cash Backing. It's been 2 years.

U can take it as an opportunity to top up or just sit back and collect the dividends.

In the past I have been appreciative of the opportunity to buy at good value. But I and I suspect a lot of others have had sufficient after such a prolonged period of 'opportunity'. As for collecting dividends, we should be collecting more IMO

No point worrying about. If the fundamentals are good the stock will look after itself. Just got to be patience...

There's been a good number on here who espouse this philosophy, and in principle I do agree, but how long do the fundamentals need to be right before the stock (sp) "will look after itself"? I know this stock isn't the first and it won't be the last to trade below Cash backing, but I've never experienced it happening for such a sustained period of time. And why no intervention, of any type, from the company to counter it?
