It just shows how irrational the market is sometimes. The NTA is up yet again today and yet we still sit at 14.9% discount to NTA with the share currently down nearly 1% for today.
I hope there is a share buy back (as noted in the recent report), buy out all the discounters. The only way to keep driving the price up is to keep driving up that NTA - even if it lags around 15%.
