    Yes MPY is "independent"

However it owes $60million to MFS and MFS own 20% and some directors own up 2 to 3% of MPY?

Last trade at .36 cents = 33% on forecasted 12 cent div

Even at NTA of around $1.04? the yield is over 11%

MFS is selling anything that is saleable and will want its $60 million back yesterday if not before.

Would someone buy 20% maybe but at a big discount.

The only way MFS will get value is to sell the whole thing.

Trading halt and then removal from quotation without an explanation?

Its either gone broke and this means a real lot of lying in annual reports, etc so unlikely or its about to be takeover/carved up.

My money is on the takeover/carved up.

Most likely suspects - Village Roadshow as it just made a bid for SAQ and must like Aquariums and Macq Leisure because it tried to buy AAE (ski resorts) in 2004 and even buying at NTA adds to its yield.
