We need to be more patient. I would like RED sp to go parabolic right now, but I realise that the new manager has not really had much time to change things around, yet.

Even assuming that he has immediately understood all the geology, meteorology, plant issues, dewatering problems, etc., and then further assuming that he immediately knew how to address all these issues, it takes a while to implement solutions and put the ore through the process. This thing will not change in a week. Let's give the guy a few months. I would not want him to start putting piles of announcements to the market before the improvements he potentially has made became evident by the plant spitting out more gold.

We have all read great promises while there was production underperformance in the past. I would rather read less promises but more hard figures about increasing production and gold sales. It is too early to expect that such production announcements would be made so soon after the new appointments. Although I am not happy with what has taken place, I am happy to give the new manager some more time, before I begin doubting his abilities.
