Do you have a valid theory as to why LPD management have said take no action rather than reject? I figured it was because they perceived greater risk than reward in the LIT ledger and are currently asking for clarification.
All the Lmax info can be found in the PCT patent documentation - publicly available, or via the lepidico website.
