Based just on what I am reading around here, the price may not go as slow as anticipated. The sp only goes down if there will be masses of shareholders selling out or even where some punters who took the punt on MQG winning the SoA, and hoping for the CVN's to come up with a value. Perhaps MB will try and offload a few in order to push the sp down and scare people out of their wits, but that is only a guess at this point in time.

As per the usual, the value of a share is all based on supply and demand and, if not many will sell, the price will either stabilise or even increase.

To confirm what I am saying, if people were scared and started selling out, the sp would now be lower than what it is currently sitting at now.
