If Mindanao Island holds enough gold for phil to pay off their national debt why dont they deploy their army there and mine it and pay off ones debt? This is what concerns me with MML. If the Philippines government does not go in there I wonder how MML will cope long term with this asset? I personally could not sleep well at night investing a large amount having learnt the risks down there. I do hold a small position.
