The biggest problem for ABY is the increasing copper stocks, LME stocks now stand at 424,050 tons up more than 15% in the last 2 months and no sign of slowing. The Chinese are reluctant to buy at these prices and will continue to use their own stocks until the Cu price decreases, in the short term at laest. ABY is definately undervalued but so are 90% of the ASX.
