I see some discussion re the performance warranty. Whilst I'm yet to fully comprehend the mechanics I think it might be a little contrary to the spirit of the law that a company would warrant its performance in favour of a particular shareholder ... I don't recall receiving a performance warranty when I acquired my shares.
