I think that should be struck out because of potential dilution very easy to play with out put on a temporary basis
Also with creep provisions by the Major share holder?
I am not sure why they the Major share holder would want to keep the Australian Listing would they not be tempted to move their domicile to a more favourable Tax friendly location eg Bahamas
