I very much appreciate your posts including your observation of a possible connection between imaging and subsequent share action. I still can't understand how this is supposed to play out in practice though.

The ASX says that a 3B for the issue of shares (for instance) must be lodged with the ASX "as soon as available".

In http://www.asx.com.au/ListingRules/guidance/gn08_continuous_disclosure.pdf rule 15.7 (page 5) they state:

An entity must not disclose information that is for release to the market to anyone until it has given the information to ASX, and has received an acknowledgement from ASX that the information has been released to the market...

---

ASIC says in http://www.asic.gov.au/asic/asic.nsf/byheadline/Shares that 484s for the issue of shares may be lodged up to 28 days after the issue.

IANAL but that seems pretty clear.

Can you please explain what you think is going on with the imaging of these documents.

Please understand I am NOT trying to be combative in this - I just have a hard time accepting that ASIC lodgement is happening before market disclosure.
