I think they're probably crapping themselves that if it's seen as bad news the SP will get a caning . That explains the untruthful posts put up here pretending that it was ongoing ,what on earth some people are thinking you do have to wonder sometimes.

Apart from the inconsequential tittle tattle that is so prevalent here but sadly for those who put so much effort into thinking it up has absolutely no effect on anything ,my main concern is where the company is going to source the funds to keep this rolling along .The last CR could hardly be termed a success and the price is lower now . I think the spin thing has also been found out and that's not going to work anymore either.

Axiom has to win this case to put itself on the negotiating table so hopefully Drake ,having sunk so much in already ,sees its way clear to somehow see it through to the end
