Not really sure what everyone is complaining about. Nothing has changed from when I said there will DEFINITELY be no resolution this year and court case will continue into next year. Put these in the drawer if you're in for the long haul otherwise you shouldn't have been in this yet if you were expecting something this year. I was expecting the trial to end late January, but now I'm expecting mid-feb for trial end and decision around March maybe? Hopefully the judge does some reading over the break to reduce his decision time once the trial is finished.
