Biotechs are a crop that generally needs much patience and time to develop - often decades. They are seedlings that are so difficult to 'get right' that it is disappointing when you see people making rash decisions, in a rush against time, when the harvest is imminent.
Of course, Bios can fail, or fail to impress - it is then that it is time to re-access your plan.
