The past 18 months has been tough for junior explorers, but I did think PRL was a stand as a JV on its Spanish property was imminent 12 months ago with the possibility of big things happening in Uruguay. The latest presentation from PRL would appear just a polished up version of earlier presentations. It has been a long wait, but perhaps shareholders patience will eventually be rewarded, but I suspect we will need to see the Oil Price back above US$80 before any real action in the share price.
