I agree with you BW - some sort of progress update would be nice and i hope given the juicy salaries they are on, that they aren't just sitting around the office playing UNO waiting for the phone to ring from an international call.
Uruguay should be an easy sell even with oil price at its current level. When you can pump it into a barrel for $10 a pop and you still make $30-40 profit on that - that isnt bad at all! especially if you are sitting on a conservative 1 billion barrels or thereabouts.
