I've been dealing in spec companies for 35 years , and it's my humble opinion that it's gone guys , think about something else, it's all been a smokescreen to get some time so people with stop thinking about it . it needs an inquiry . if you hold any hope re-read the last 3 updated & see if they have done any of it - let alone pay the listing fees
