still waters run deep

This stock is unbelievable. Mayhem all around and it doesn't budge. No panic selling, no bargain buying. In fact, no trading to speak of at all. Is it just that the low market cap, $14 million, is seen as fair value? Or is it something else? There is an old market wisdom along the lines that in times of extreme market turbulence, look for stocks that remain stable and are least effected by the greed and fear. JVG certainly seems to fit the bill on that count. Time will tell, I guess. Wake me when something happens....zzzzzzz.
