The valuation "assumes substantial dilution" which is mentioned on several occasions. Under the NFC funding package there will be possibly zero if management can strike a good deal for the 19.9% sale of the project. So this is why iMO management shouldn't be in a rush to finalise the funding until the POZ increases further to allow management greater leverage for the sale
