Stimulis packages

Every day we read about the Covert-19 and the effect on peoples lives and the economy in need of stimulis packages to kick things back on track. there are financial packages being handed out that seem to have longer lead times and aimed at some obscure overseas based companies where proffits just dissapear.
How about a nice few of hundred million dollars as a loan to a 100% Australian company that has pledged to use Australian labour and equipment to build a massive food farming project that is shovel ready.
This will immediatly generate employment on site and in the manufacturing industry of our country with the flow on to local support businesess and inferstructure.
The returns to government through taxation payments (personal and GST ) would be immediate.
SeaFarms through Project Sea Dragon seems to cover every thing just described and would make for a great PR story, now if i just rub this funny looking lamp I found...........
