    It was for a bargain basement 3.0 cents. There is also the question of the chairmans shares. Would be an interesting scenario if we got funding and the share price took off and he still got dibs on them at 3.0c. Has there been any news on the EGM?

    As a result, Avatar’s requirement is to subscribe for 187,979,999 Shares for total consideration of $5,639,399.97. The issue of shares to Avatar will be subject to shareholder approval which will be sought at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be convened as soon as possible and expected to be held in late May.
