The AFR had an article titled... Government prepares to spend billions amid recession fears.
Sounds like business and consumer confidence is not great at the moment with many businesses experiencing cash flow problems. I’m feeling like this will continue to have an effect on market sentiment. Also doesn’t really help that the sector has been hit hard with share price collapses. Look at G8, mayfield, think education
Plenty of counter cyclical opportunities are going to be available over the next month I think.
Wouldn’t it be great if they provided monthly updates on occupancy levels.
