If you were an oil/gas or investment company and saw the fantastic longer term value in CVN would you not consider trying a low ball offer while the market is in panic? I have been involved in many T/O in the oil/gas sector and nearly every one has been undervalued or worse. There are several oil/gas companies that right now offer outstanding value including CVN. I would be amazed if no merger or T/O activity takes place in the near future. . Lets hope a low ball offer does not come on the table for CVN, management themselves say they dread this might happen.
