if the guy authorized the payment, then that is tough luck.
but that is his responsibility for just that one payment. then , it is the bank's problem if you have a scammer using your password , even if the scammer gets the password from one's own "stupidity".
i sussed it all out with my local bank- the one statement that fits all in this matter- anyone who accesses your account without total permission by you automatically indemnifies the account holder of any legal responsibility .
crickey- scare mongers are in plague proportions.
just have a look at how we reacted initially to Brexit and Trump. lo and behold- now they are considered to be the panacea of the rise of ASX.
now we have people saying TLS is on elevator to hell because of some ACCC forthcoming decision.
i don' t buy any of it- my prediction is TLS to get to $5.42 just before ex divvy.
