It also just occurred to me that the directors probably knew that the Annual Report was inaccurate because they delayed its release hence the 'Suspension from Official Quotation' on the 1/10/08.
The official 'rumour' was that they were waiting for auditors to sign off...but they probably would have known that it was inaccurate and were uncomforatable with releasing it to the market.
What did the auditors know?
Had the directors of the company fully informed them of the situation?
It also just occurred to me that the directors probably knew...
