My Spiel...hope it's ok.

"My complaint relates to the sale of an asset held by Admiralty Resources NL to a company that had only been formed a few days prior.

The asset that was sold was the primary purpose of my purchasing stock in this company.

It appears that the Managing Director (Phillip Thomas) has lied to the shareholders regarding the direction of the company and in fact at times stating that the company was doing well.

Since the recent announcement to the market the Managing Director has also resigned making this sale even all the more suspicious.

I believe several other shareholders have lodged complaints regarding this situation and can hopefully elaborate further on the situation.

All in all, I feel a simple review of the lead up to this situation will reveal some very suspicious and certainly unethical behaviour by the management of Admiralty Resources NL."
