Sticky pork chop:
Brim four pork chops in 4% rock salt brim.
Lightly barbecue both sides on the charcoal webber.
Then baste with the following and continue to cook:
4 tablespoons total tomato and / eta sauce.
1 tablespoon maple syrup.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
1 tablespoon English mustard.
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
And some of the following:
2 tablespoon hoisen or plum sauce.
1 tablespoon whisky.
1 tablespoon fish sauce.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
1 dessert spoon xo sauce.
