"From limited information available from calls made o/s and around the place it appears to be that the licence inspection has not been officiated by the Canadian Government yet due to large overdue work commitments? (I haven't confirmed this with company yet). It could well be that the licence time frame may be extended something like 20-30 days to get it done in time. With Government organisations you can't push these things, only get bureaucratic approximations I suppose. The company also is applying for work grants as they will be employing Canadian citizens and will be able to get tax concessions this way".
