If the follow up announcement has substance, enough specifics to know with certainty it's a goer, I think SP will fly in a big way.
Right now the low sentiment is due to uncertainty in terms of delivering on promises, so it will be something of a triple whammy - boost in price from greatly improved sentiment (something has finally come to fruition, a 'done deal'/this company can deliver), boost in price from HDA deal itself, boost in price due to markedly reduced levels of dilution moving forward (superior capacity to raise capital under favourable terms).
