Im not sure about that. Can you explain why their is an outflow of cash in response to ICN being overpaid by Tiger?
The quarterly suggests the money sent from Tiger additional to their share of the deposit for the rig's construction was sent back. So presumably the entry should be offsetting, if it is in the accounts at all.
