the debt facility was around $15 million dollars.
$750,000 - $1,000,000 fee to amend the debt facility sounds reasonable
investment banks which is where they originally got the loan in the first place, don't provide credit for nothing or without some sort of strings attached !
there's no way EMR could've purchased the bakken acreage without a bridge loan !!!
