Agree 100% with Westcott............ SDL's separate rights to the deposits in the Congo is virtually the only thing that has kept this alive for so long and is the one thing I hang my hat on to continue the expectation that ultimately SDL will deliver a finalised package for this total project. Without the Congo, given the high cost of all the other infrastructure, the Cameron deal does not stack up and anyone making a play for Cameroon has to ensure the Congo is included.
This is my continued comfort buffer in this whole saga.
