if this new deal comes off it will give ICN a boost..will accumulate on weakness..ICN went from 3 to 12 on one well in recent US drill. will happen again on stitch well..chart wise still have 16/17 cents target on a weekly & a oil hit at stitch is where the 60/70 cent target.plus on going santos work to pick up in 2007.....good luck
