Miningnut, I don't think it is wise to leave it to the last minute. I suspect ICN will make a number of announcements over the next 3 months and to me it appears that they won't get any cheaper than now. I have been buying at these levels whenever possible ,but it is hard to get big parcels at sub 6 c. I agree with Sandunes strategy,....accumulate on dips.
