Pure speculation, but I think another company is taking a stake here- and NOT necessarily NST. This ain't retail buying and it's too strong and too sustained to be case of Blue Horseshoe liking Annacott Steel. That's not to say good news ain't around the corner. In fact, they have all but told us it is.
