I C are not fools, they were running low on cash and stood the risk of a Major grabbing the projects for a fraction of their worth so they scoured the earth looking for a gullible cashed up explorer ,,,,.bingo…..STK ticked all their boxes, now they have installed the top dogs on the board and their wages are covered over there for their staff for years to come.

these are all good call outs, however, I wouldn't write off the possibility of a JV. where say 50% is sold to a major to help derisk the development of the asset, whilst keeping skin in the game. your timeframe differs to mine - I'm looking at 2026+. so to each their own.
