The name change to Strickland Metals Limited was the last resolution ( No. 7 ) as the recently held meeting on 17th August where it was carried by 92,110,550 in favor as against 529,539 against , and 220,000 abstaining . So it was well known to investors who cared to read the results......
And no explanatory given as to WHY the necessity for the name change in the pre- meeting resolutions.
