perhaps i should have said after much due diligence and careful delibertions i have decided that it is not usually in a companies long term interest to divest its self of control of its assets at this stage of its development .to sell a stake at this point in time reveals either a need for cash or expertise. it is unfortunate as a conflict of interest usually arises in these situations .
