Survive is not a question any more. The question is how much investors are willing to for a STO share next week, year or next decades. GS has upgraded its OP forecast to $62 in 2018. With a FCF break-even at $32, per Q3 report, STO may have a FCF of $2b in 2018, excluding xyz. A lot of FCF, isn't it?
* (PO$62 - BE$32) x 60 mmboe (own prod) + $10 x 20 mmboe (3rd Prod) = $2b
ATM, everything is in STO's favor. The bears are covering their shorts according to the ASX data. The only negative thing is that too many people have too much unrealized profits, including myself.
Take profits or wait for at least past the 6 mark? Tend to hold.
