There are several comments on this forum implying that we should not be acquiring more 3D seismic....
- A lot of the area covered by the Bedout permits has not yet been covered by 3D....
- ....and quality 3D data is necessary to ensure that we do not throw away good prospects when we eventually have to relinquish a large proportion of the acreage....
- This 50% acreage relinquishment has successfully been deferred by the JV several times, but the requirement to do so under the terms of the original permit grant is looming very large.
- Remember that no-one had any idea about the existence of Dorado etc until it was first seen on the newly acquired Capreolus 3D seismic data....
There are several comments on this forum implying that we should...
