STO along with other oil/LNG stks has taken a hammering. Company has plenty fans on HC and I haven't been one of them. But at/below $7.00 does STO warrant another look?
My reasoning is: POO could stay at current level for next few months. But anything is possible especially with many producers being unstable countries. But assuming crude does rise in price how fast and by how much will STO SP react? Will it inch-up to 8-8.50 range or rapidly leap back to $12.00? I reckon former is more likely. Hence imo, potential buyers can afford to be cautious and watch from sidelines. Of course chartists may have a different view.
