The market has oversold STO shares by at least a dollar.

In 2004, this was the year that STO last traded around $7 dollars a share. Now put your thinking cap on, go and look at what assets the company had on its balance sheet and ask yourself this question.

“Over the last 10 years, has STO been sitting around with a no growth attitude”? Am I to believe that over the last 10 years, STO has been a company with a no growth policy and basically sat on its laurels doing did-dly squat?

No, No and No, go and look at the financials, yes the debt has increased, because the company over the last 10 years is embarking on a growth strategy. Also the revenue has increased and profits have steadily been increasing.

Dividends are about the same, BUT this is not a paying dividend no growth company.

So when the oil price finds the floor, be ready for the swing back to at least $8 a share in the future. Way too many sellers have lost the plot. Too many marbles being lost at the moment on the play-ground. If you listen closely, you can hear the sound of coo-coo bird.
