To date they have bought back;
18,365,582 shares at a cost of $146,925,000 give or take
no further announcements have been made since Thursday 26 May
agree while the sp is low it’s good but they have over 3.387b shares outstanding so won’t make too much of a dent
where I’m still scratching my head is sto was showing fcf of $265m per qtr pre-covid and now its over $860m and this qtr should be even higher
the additional fcf should easily see out the dilution of shares the merger created - so why hasn’t the sp increased - it should be around $11 even low $12 mark
