I am in the no need toi sell the farm ATM.
Let the assetts and market mature a little more as I think it will be value adding meanwhils spinning off cash. World is looking for walk in projects ATM as development has such long lead times and approvals will be harder and more conditional going forward. Having assetts in countries that are not as dictated to by green politics will add value as other competitors realise they can neither fund or develop what they discover.
The time to exist??? No idea but seems premature and PNG and Alaska have been out there on market for 24 months and teh game of chess continues. Perhaps A deal could be done to clear teh ban]lance sheet but also keep soem upside with ongoing toll bonus fee based on marginal price of oil on production to get some long term benefit for giving up control of elephants. No I would never want to be a minor partner .
Lets hope drilling adds a positive fresh story to STO in the coming month
