Oil price isn't just only about straight to bottom line but more about what it does to demand to all the ancillary services and their costs that add into cost or developing and maintaoining feilds and even support or processing of data . These costs for a established scale company like STO are not great in teh incremental rise but area massive risk and disincentoive to newer projects as they can't access the better quality providers.
