I have posted a link to a senate enquiry, not sure of the date but possibly around 2013 / 2018 (Taken from references in the document) – It addresses the manipulation of the share market by traders – I am not sure what, if any changes, have been implemented post this enquiry – I think this document is very informative and a must read, especially for young people looking to invest. IMO the results of this inquiry beg a Royal Commission be implemented.
