    Buying spot cargoes to meet contractual requirements would be cheaper than buying third party gas from domestic sources anyway. Surely Santos' first choice would be to sell their gas domestically while prices are so high.

    As for contractual obligations, I imagine there would be a force majeure clause in case of government intervention etc.

    As for Kevin Gallagher, wasn't he crowned CEO of the year 2013?
